It comes from Marzia Maria Filomena, the firstborn of Cosimo and Maria Teresa, and is a blend of Verdeca and Sauvignon with the taste of spring.

Viene da Marzia Maria Filomena, primogenita di Cosimo e Maria Teresa, ed è un blend di Verdeca e Sauvignon dal sapore di primavera.

Verdeca Sauvignon, with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections.

Vinification with soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C. Aging in stainless steel.

A fresh and floral nose with citrus notes. On the palate, a pleasant acidity and good persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif and with raw fish, seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses, especially those typical of the Apulian tradition.
