Nickname of Angelo, second son of Cosimo and Maria Teresa. A Primitivo with 10% Aglianico, with a strong and decisive character.

Primitivo and Aglianico, with an intense red color and violet reflections.

Vinification with controlled temperature maceration at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation (MLF), aging in French tonneaux for at least 3 months.

Aromas of ripe red fruits with pleasant spicy notes. Balanced, savory with a beautiful persistent finish, it has a strong and decisive character.

Suitable for accompanying first courses with meat sauces, spiced meats, game, aged, and spicy cheeses.
