Deep red with intense purple hints.

Winemaking: maceration at controlled temperature of 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in French tonneau for at least 3 months.

Intense aromas of fruit jam, blackcurrants, cherries, mulberries, chocolate and licorice. Round, smooth and full-bodied with fruity notes and a persistent aftertaste.

Good with red meat and game.
