Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera, with a deep red color.
Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°–28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aging in large French barrels for at least 3 months.
Complex and intense aromas of ripe fruit, wood, and spices. Balanced and smooth, with a finish reminiscent of ripe carob.
It is an all-around wine that pairs excellently with red meats and traditional dishes from Puglia.
