Negroamaro, with an intense red color.
Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 26°–28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aging in French and American barriques for at least 10 months.
Intense fruity notes with hints of chocolate, vanilla, and coffee. On the palate, it is harmonious, balanced, and elegant, with a long spicy and fruity aftertaste.
Ideal to pair with shellfish and red meats.
