Light pink wine with violet reflections.
Brief cold maceration on the skins in a soft press, followed by must clarification through nitrogen flotation of sediments. Fermentation is temperature-controlled at 15°C and halted at 12.5% vol. alcohol with cold and tangential filtration. Aging in stainless steel with periodic stirring of the lees by carbon dioxide injection.
A seductive encounter of fresh fruit and white flowers intoxicates the sense of smell.
It conquers the palate with liveliness.
