Vinification using the Charmat method, 2 months in the autoclave.
On the nose, notes of pomegranate, raspberry, and small red berries. Savory and persistent with fine perlage.
Pleasant as an aperitif and suitable for the entire meal. Best served at a temperature of 4–6°C.
