Deep red with violet reflections reminiscent of fresh red fruit.

Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24°-26°C. After malolactic fermentation (MLF), brief aging in French barrels.

The fruity notes of currants and blackberries elegantly blend with spicy hints of nutmeg, licorice, chocolate, and vanilla.

On the palate, the low alcohol content is supported by a lively acidity that provides balance and length, leaving hints of fruit and coconut.
