Wine of a very elegant red color.
Vinification with maceration at a controlled temperature of 24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation (MLF), aging in American oak barrels for at least 3 to 6 months.
Intense aroma, with fruity hints of ripe plums, cherry jam, and notes of cocoa, lightly spiced with a finish that imparts vanilla notes.
Smooth and rich in mature tannins.
