Chardonnay, with a golden yellow color.
Vinification with soft pressing, fermentation in barriques at 16°-18°C. Aging in barriques on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage.
Intense and complex bouquet with notes of banana, yellow fruit, and toasted almonds. On the palate, pleasantly soft but with excellent acidity.
Ideal with shellfish and all great fish dishes.
