The ancient olive trees that watch over Masseria Pizzariello give life to Oro di Puglia. A precious oil, offered in two different blends and bottled in two versions: this is how the EVO was created to celebrate the company’s first centenary. Completing the selection is a balsamic vinegar condiment.
Cultivar: Leccino, Frantoio, Ogliarola, Coratina
Harvest: from October to December
Flavor: fruity on the nose, it is balanced on the palate with some bitter and spicy notes that make this oil uniquely intense and harmonious.
Pairings: ideal for dishes with shellfish and seafood, or with soups and grilled meats. Excellent to garnish with taste and character.
Packaging: a golden screen print narrates the olive’s journey from the tree to the bottle. A drop-saving cap preserves its authentic flavor.
