Primitivo, Negroamaro, Aglianico
Vinification with three weeks of maceration at a controlled fermentation temperature between 18° and 22°C. Aging for 9 months in large barrels. Further bottle aging.
On the nose, hints of dried apricots, dried fruit, honey, Mediterranean scrub, white pepper, licorice, sour cherry, and red fruit. On the palate, it's dry and soft, complex with good persistence.
It pairs with first courses and red meat.
