Fiano, with a light yellow color and subtle golden highlights.
Vinification with gentle pressing and must clarification through sediment flotation using nitrogen, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C. Aging in stainless steel tanks with periodic stirring of the fine lees.
On the nose, it offers a broad and intense aromatic bouquet with scents of ripe pear and elderflower. On the palate, notes of almond and citrus are supported by a sweet freshness and delicate minerality.
It pairs well with seafood salad and baked fish.
