Primitivo, with a pink color.
Brief cryomaceration and gentle pressing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C–16°C. Aging in stainless steel with periodic lees stirring.
Aromas of small red berries, enriched by a lovely balsamic note. On the palate, fresh with a pleasant savory finish.
Pairs well with typical Apulian fish dishes, as well as cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
