The ancient olive trees that watch over Masseria Pizzariello give life to Oro di Puglia. A precious oil, offered in two different blends and bottled in two versions: this is how the EVO was created to celebrate the company’s first centenary. Completing the selection is a balsamic vinegar condiment.
Cultivar: blend of Coratina and Frantoio
Harvest: October. Early harvest to bring out flavors.
Extraction: two-phase continuous cycle cold press with a temperature below 23°C and slow malaxation.
Flavor: balanced, it has an intense, full aroma and on the palate it is round, intense and balanced.
Pairings: ideal for dressing or seasoning any type of dish.
Packaging: leaves in bas-relief and gold foil drops create a three-dimensional effect for a label with an elegant and modern style.
