Primitivo di Manduria, with a very intense red color and deep purplish reflections.
Vinification with controlled temperature maceration at 26°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation (MLF), aging in French casks and American barriques for at least 14 months.
Intense aromas reminiscent of red berry jam and notes of dried fruit. With a rich and enveloping taste.
It pairs with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
